Phase 1  -  ACTIVATE  -  Days 1-10

TERRAZYME – 5 capsules per day
1 capsules on an empty stomach in the morning and at night.  1 capsule with AM, noon and PM meals

ZENDOCRINE COMPLEX – 2 capsules per day
1 capsule with AM and PM meals.

ZENDOCRINE - 2 softgels per day
1 capsule with AM and PM meals.

LEMON OIL & WATER
1 to 2 drops in 8 oz. water 5 times per day.

Phase 2  -  RESET  -  Days 11- 20

TERRAZYME – 5 capsules per day

GX ASSIST – 1 softgel per day
