- 2 pounds pork, I used boneless pork chops, pork roast would work well
- 1/4 cup Amino Acid or Soy Sauce
- 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
- 2-3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
Mix all ingredients and pour over pork in a marinating dish. Marinate several hours or overnight. Place everything in your crock pot and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
